Karcher needed to process product returns in a way that would allow them to process product return requests in their Asian call centers and receive the products in their US-based facilities. This extranet was built with user roles in mind. Call center users could create a ticket and facility users could update the status of each ticket. This allowed them to process these returns in the shortest number of steps possible.
